At Kai Collective, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Kai Collective tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
